Terms governing access to WonderDrama websites and applications.
Acceptance
WonderDrama is a digital entertainment service operated by innovation co, Ltd.. By accessing the WonderDrama website or applications, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
WonderDrama provides access to licensed short-form drama videos and related discovery, account, playback, and purchase features. Titles, features, availability, and supported regions may change over time.
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for private, non-commercial viewing.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Information you provide must be accurate. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe rights, create security risks, or abuse the service.
Purchases, Credits, and subscriptions
Some episodes may require consumable Credits or an active subscription. Prices and benefits are shown before purchase. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are used only for eligible content in WonderDrama.
App-store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before renewal. Billing, cancellation, refund, and restoration are also subject to the applicable store rules. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, scrape at scale, bypass access controls, reverse engineer except where law permits, interfere with playback or security, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or use WonderDrama for unlawful purposes.
Content and intellectual property
WonderDrama, its software, branding, and available video content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. Content availability may change when licenses expire or regional restrictions apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every title will remain available.
To the extent permitted by law, WonderDrama and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
